This is an innovative and cost-effective program to help protect you from paying for damages caused by not properly maintaining stakeout marks (in adherence to NYS Code Rule 753-3.5).  In this program, prior to excavating, we create a digital video record and physical map of the work site, we measure and document marks using physical site datums, and we re-establish all missing marks per your request throughout your excavation project as well as protecting you from added cost to your project because there is no evidence of any mis-marked utilities from the utility companies.
