Safety First

As stated in our mission, we want to do what we do in a way that protects life and our environment.  This means everything we do starts with Safety.  Yes, we have safety plans and procedures (e.g., HS&E policy, safety handbook), safety training, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other things of this nature.  However, more than these procedures and plans is the collective organizational mindset and culture of Safety First.  This is what we are striving for and working towards every day with each employee.
